Top Billing is always in search of ‘the best of the good life’ and so we sent Dhiveja to London to meet Michelin Star chef Atul Kochhar at his Mayfar restaurant Bernares for the best in Indian food. Dhiveja receives a tour of Kochhar's refurbished restaurant and gets a demonstration of his highly praised cooking style that is said to have “re-invented Indian cuisine”.
