Beauty Bulletin tip of the week:
To make your eyes pop, go for an “opposites attract”
To Make GREEN EYES really sparkle, apply a PLUM LINER.
For radiant BLUE EYES, use BROWN LINER
To intensify BROWN EYES, use a NAVY LINER (Denim blue is in!) along the upper lash line.
For HAZEL EYES, apply FOREST OR JADE GREEN LINER to the upper lash line. This makes your eyes look golden!
CHOCOLATE BROWN LINER smudged along the upper lash line is great on everyone! Make sure you smudge it really close to the lash line to intensify those gorgeous eyes of yours!
