Blake Lively's Gossip Girl Glow...
Blake Lively has flawless skin and in order to achieve this radiant look you need to follow the following steps closely...
Foundation:
Start by applying a cream foundation with a foundation brush and blend well.
Apply a little bit of concealer on top of any remaining redness.
Then use an eye brightening pen on the outer corners of eyes and under eyes, blend well.
As a finishing touch, dust some translucent setting powder all over the face
Cheeks:
When it comes to her cheeks, Blake incorporates a hint of subtle colour to add warmth to her skin.
I would do this by applying a basic blusher to the apples of the cheeks and lightly blend it along the natural line of the cheekbones.
The added shimmer will help add dimension to those with a matte skin.
Eyes:
The eyes are the most crucial part of the whole look and it is important to create a strong brow to help frame the face.
Blake's brows are filled in and defined with a pale brown/warm blonde shade. She has used these colours in order to prevent her eyes from looking too heavy.
For the eyelids, I would start by blending a skin tone eye shadow all over the lid.
Blending another light brown shadow ever so slightly in the creases.
After having done that you need to:
Line your upper and lower lashes with a creamy brown eyeliner pencil, not forgetting to apply some of the liner to the inner rim of your eye.
Top with two coats of black mascara.
*TIP* for a little touch of twinkle, take a liner brush and dot in along the "inner v" of your eyes with a silver or white iridescent eye shadow.
Lips:
If you follow Blake’s make up trends, you will notice she almost always wears a bright pink or coral high-shine lip gloss to showcase her pearly whites. In order to keep your makeup looking fresh, keep reapplying your lip gloss throughout the evening.
