Top Billing features Jurgen Visser's wedding
In rugby, the best fullbacks create their own opportunities. In love, as on the pitch, Bulls star Jurgen Visser made his own luck the night he said hello to Stellenbosch drama student Minette Tollig, who has just become Mrs. Minette Visser.
Now a post grad, teaching dramatic arts at high-school, Minette is studying to be a dance teacher, and nimble-footed Jurgen is sure to make a good student. The couple are truly inseparable and have now they’ve made it official.
For her dress, Minette turned to renowned Pretoria designer Anel Botha, who has created gowns for Rolene Strauss and Melinda Bam. Minette was in good hands and her dress promised to be a show-stopper.
Their theme was elegance – a colour scheme consisting of white, light grey and a hint of pink, keeping it simple yet glitzy.
Along with a lot of family, the guests witnessing the ceremony included Bulls, Sharks, Cheetahs, Stormers, Lions and a good few Springboks, including Jan Serfontein.
From the proposal to the wedding celebrations, join us as these two love birds tie the knot on Top Billing this Thursday at 7:30pm on SABC3.
