David Tlale wows at New York Fashion Week

Designer David Tlale is no stranger to New York Fashion Week - this will be his fifth time showing, making him a veritable pro when it comes to infusing the big apple with his uniquely South African flavour.

Top Billing goes backstage at his colletcion Feminie Allure, where we meet the models, stylists, beauty editors and even one major South African celebrity - Minnie Dlamini . David tells us his range is a celebration of women with a strong message of heritage. He demonstrates the power of the white blouse while also incorporating his colours of the season into his range, namely papaya and paradise peach. We also meet his muse, former Miss South Africa, Tatum Keshwar who closed the runway for this highly acclaimed local designer.
