Dhiveja explores Slovenia
Slovenia is a small country in Central Europe touching the Alps and bordering the Adriatic Sea. Besides the wide variety of landscapes that can be experienced, Slovenia's many castles and medieval fortresses make for very intriguing visiting. Dhiveja explored the capital city of Slovenia, Ljubljana. Her local guide took her on a walk of the streets and bridges of the beautiful old town in search of work from city's most revered architect, Jose Plečnik. Her guide also took her to a local market to taste honey brandy and marvel at the local apiculture craft of bee hive door painting before heading just outside of the capital to visit the birthplace of the famous Lipizzaner horses.
