Top Billing presenter, Aidan, meets up with hunky Pasella presenter Dieter Voigt at the gym to find out how he changed his life from being a primary school teacher and part time model to Mr South Africa, a TV personality and motivational speaker. Dieter takes Aidan to his old school in Kuilsrivier where he still gives back by holding life skills workshops. He speaks about following his dreams and his newly published book before the two enjoy Dieter's favourite pastime - mountain bike riding in the vineyards of Zevenwacht Wine Estate.
