Dulux is Painting The Town

Dulux is rolling up their overall sleeves and getting down and colourful with their new campaign to paint streets, houses, schools and squares.  Top Billing goes behind the scenes of the ‘Lets Colour’ project where Dulux is painting downtown Joburg.  Join us to see how a lick of colour is changing lives!
