155grams cake flour, sieved
2.5ml bicarb, sieved
5ml curry powder
5ml ground cinnamon
5ml mixed spice
pinch of salt
100grams dark brown sugar
30ml oil
40ml molasses
1 egg, beaten

Pre heat your oven to 200’ c
Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl together and mix.
Once that is done, then make a well in the dry ingredients either in the bowl or on counter surface.
Place your wet ingredients in the middle and then combine untill fully mixed and you have you’re your dough.
Roll into a cylinder then you can cut your rounds from there to your desired thickness.
Place on a lined tray and bake at 200’c for 5 minutes then remove turn your discs over and cook for another 5 minutes.
