Jeannie finds out whether you can ‘eat’ your beer by visiting a brewery in one of the most ‘quintessentially English’ and unspoiled regions – the Cotswold, sometimes called the “Heart of England”. After gaining some knowledge about the process of brewing, she visits screenwriter, standup comedian and food fanatic Jim ‘Jams’ Davies who shows her the secret of making the perfect beer risotto.
