Mother, wife, daughter and child of God. As a girl from a small village outside of Rustenburg, she finds inspiration in nature, life and family. “Being a mother and a wife has made me realise how important it is to remain true to one’s identity in order to stay humble”. When questioned about wanting to be a presenter, with a 17 month old little girl at home, Vanessa said she wants to set an example for her daughter and lay a strong foundation for her “I want to show her to follow her dreams and realise her fullest potential”, like she hopes to do on the Presenter Search. She would describe herself a “private, with understated confidence, gentle with a tint of fierceness.” Vannessa is a team player who’s rapport with the other contestants is excellent, allowing her to make many friends along this journey as well as enjoy the activities set out for her along the trip.
