After starting as a cleaner in a restaurant kitchen, Petrus is now whipping up a very exciting brand of success. Through hard work, kitchen creativity and his mantra of cooking from the heart, he recently walked away with the R40,000 top prize in the “Unilever Food Solutions By Invitation Only” chef competition.
