To make the base, mix 1 x200 g packet crushed Tennis biscuits with 130g melted butter. Press firmly into a pie dish and chill in the fridge. For the filling, stir (don't beat) ½ cup lemon juice into 1 x 385 g tin condensed milk with a spoon. In a separate bowl, beat 1 cup cream until stiff and fold into the condensed milk mixture. Gently pour the filling over the bake of the spoon onto the base, so as not to unsettle the base, and leave in the fridge to set. Decorate with grated lemon zest and a sprinkling of icing sugar.
