We are in awe of the amazing performance from the Shaolin Monks, now on stage at Montecasino.
Six years ago, the globe-trotting Shaolin Monks wowed South Africa with an action-packed show and now they're back doing stunts that are even more hair raising than their last. The Shaolin Temple in China is the birthplace of Kung Fu and every member of this cast is a monk - or in training to be one. It takes fifteen years to get to this level.
Central to that is their Buddhist faith and ability to master their minds, emotions and bodies. This show is about how humans can mimic the serene peace and fierce power of nature itself.
Shaolin Monks runs until Sunday, July 10 at Teatro at Montecasino.
