Top Billing is holding an exclusive food and wine pairing at ‘Blonde’ a unique Brasserie set in the heart of Gardens, Cape Town. Head chef Steven Edwards and Wine maker Thys Louw from the Diemersdal Wine Estate will be delighting guests on an expedition of sensory and savory appeal. A Select array of wines from Diemersdal will be paired with expertly crafted dishes from Blonde adding to the richness and ambience of the restaurants location and history! Date: Thursday 24th March 2011


Time: 19:00 for 19:30
Cost: R350 per person which includes a 12 month subscription to Top Billing magazine.
