The idea of the ball was that a celebration of what makes life worth living is a good way to raise funds for those who life has not been so good to.
The 2nd Chance Trust aims to empower thousands of individuals of all ages with the knowledge, tools and life-skills they need to save themselves and their loved ones from the pain and destruction of wrong choices.
CEO of 2nd Chance Trust, Stacey Doorly-Jones, was thrilled with the incredible generosity of the items that were put up for auction. Alongside the amazing artworks, a necklace of 34 brilliant cut diamonds was donated by designer and art curator Stephanie Harley. Donating his time and humour as MC was stand up comic Nik Rabinowitz and the incredible fashion was by Kluk CGDT. Just one night of fundraising at The Grand Ihashi Summer Ball will offer a turning point for many people in the year ahead. What a way to celebrate life.
