Dancer, fitness enthusiast and nutritionist Julian Jaye Louw has perfected the art of body sculpting. He shows Lorna a few moves and explains his approach, called evolutionary training. He adds that what you eat is the most important element to fitness and puts his money where his mouth is by showing us some healthy recipes. To Julian, dancing is the ultimate form of expression and empowering young people with this skill is close to his heart. We attend one of his dance classes and try to keep up with the young stars dancing up a storm.
