Every two weeks chefs John Hamman and Marius Uys from Not Ham But Man organise a unique and distinctive pop-up dining event somewhere in the country. Each event has a clever concept behind it and for Jo-Ann's end of year function the theme is florals. See how these chefs cook up a storm to wow guests with dishes ranging from Lavender Fondant Potatoes with Rose oil to Cherry Blossom Marshmallows Steamed Tulip.
