Top Billing features the new star of Generations, Terence Bridgett
Every role Terence Bridgett touches turns to gold and this latest role on Generations, The Legacy is no different – audiences love him.
While studying drama, Terence’s lecturer told him he’d never play a villain because his eyes are too gentle. Since then, his roles have almost all been drug dealers, gangsters and violent types. Now, after 22 years in the profession, he is finally playing a decent human being. Terence’s character is out to create jobs but getting involved with the show’s arch villain will complicate things.
He’s been voted of as one South Africa’s favourite actors, and director Norman Moloi explained his appeal, from a professional point of view.
While he enjoys star treatment, to Terence the benefit of a high profile is it allows him to work with his heroes like John Malkovich. But to Bobo Dibetla, you don’t get more A-list than Mr. Bridgett.
Terence has both a theatre and a film company producing stage and TV shows. He is a potent cocktail of talents, on and off camera.
