When 24-year-old Joshua won the R6 million apartment in this year's Win A Home show, his life was changed forever. Although he says he could not comprehend it at the time, he now loves his new home and the luxury estate surrounds. Celebrated designer Kim Hutton put an immense amount of time and effort into crafting the perfect space for the winner. He takes Lorna through the home and tells us the stories behind the show-stopping elements in the apartment. With a gold and mining theme to the interior, this apartment is the quintessential Joburg home for a city slicker who loves a good view and being active outdoors.
