Top Billing joins the party at the 24 hour Littlegig Festival
Making the most of the world-leading weather, music, food, art, wine and design of our magnificent country is Littlegig, the world’s only 24-hour, all included festival – and we took in every minute.
Currently in its third year, there’s nothing little about the Littlegig festival any more. Held on a farm in Stellenbosch, this season the 800 guests included visitors who’d heard about it from as far as America, Norway and Germany. With all food, drink and entertainment covered by your ticket, this brainchild of journalist Georgia Black is officially a hit.

Held 45 minutes from The Mother City, those who don’t camp are not far from home. Those who did found the level of glam in this campsite, off the scale. Among the many food attractions was a one-of-a-kind food-and-wine pairing with six of the country’s top female chefs and winemakers including restaurateur Ash Heeger.
To the winemakers, chefs and cocktail stations, this year’s festival added dancers, performance art, magic, comedy, deep sleep experiences and fashion! Guests arrived in outfits from the bizarre to the futurist and with a salon offering free hair dos, guys like Seth Shezi and Stanley Gabriel looked even better than when they arrived.
The beat never stopped with a line up of 35 musicians joining 18 DJs across 6 different stages. Friends were made from across the globe and the parting words on everyone’s lips were ‘see you next year’.
