From authentic Chinese dishes to Thai salads served in packets as seem on the streets of Thailand, our table is set for an Asian flavour feast. Abigail Donnelly, Food Editor of Taste Magazine, has just returned from Thailand and she shares some of her favourite meals from her trip. We're also joined by chefs Warren Barkhuizen (Yum Dim Sum) and Kosji Koyama (Kyoto Garden Restaurant) who cook up some incredibly delicious items like Tempura Tomango, Yellowtail in Lime marinade, dim sum, coconut mung bean custard with caramelised shallots and sago pudding. Blomboy stylist Alwijn Burger decorates our table for us and dishes out some handy tips on howyou can do the same.
