Dating back to 1813 and situated on the picturesque Anthonij Rupert Wyne estate, Manor House is currently owned by businessman Johann Rupert. The task of restoring it to it's original Cape Dutch glory was entrusted to interior designer Graham Viney, author of Colonial Houses of South Africa. While the house could easily serve as a museum commemorating a slice of South Africa's colonial 18th century, it offers modern luxuries like air conditioning as well as underfloor heating.
