Win A Wedding Competition Terms and Conditions

• Anyone applying gives his/her consent to be part of the nationwide search for the winning couple.
• Anyone applying will make him/herself available for various photo-shoots at the discretion of the publishing company. 
• Participating couples will make themselves available within an allocated time frame, at the location determined by the publishing  company
• Anyone applying will give his/her consent to be featured in the 
• Top Billing magazine and any related promotional material that may be required by all related sponsors, this may be in digital or print format as well as for international use
• The judging system is at the discretion of the headline sponsors, Top Billing Magazine and Rhebokskloof; a set of four finalists will be determined by a panel of judges comprised of Top Billing Magazine, Rhebokskloof, Magna Carta and Wedding Concepts, the winner will then be decided out of those four finalist by a nationwide vote 
• The winning couple will be married on the 17 March 2012, this date is final and can not be adjusted due to the planning process.
• Tswelopele Publishing, the relevant sponsors and suppliers to the key sponsors  will not be liable for any damage, loss or accident that might occur during this competition. All participants are entering this competition at their own risk (ACCIDENT DAMAGE) .  
• The final decision on the winning couple rests with Tswelopele Publishing and Rhebokskloof and once that decision has been taken, no correspondence will be entered into.
• The competition is open to all participants residing within the Republic of South Africa. No employees, directors, agents or consultants and their immediate family members directly connected to or in the employment of  and Tswelopele Publishing, its subsidiaries and business partners, associates, advertising or promotion agencies and staff members of the participating outlets may take part in the competition.  Participants  may only enter once. SMSes are charges at R1.50, free minutes do not apply

ENTRY MECHANISM

• All entries are to be submitted by the 7 October  2011.
• All participants are to enter the competition by providing a visual aid, either a photograph or a short video clip of their wedding proposal, followed by a short motivation as to what made their proposal unique and special. 
• All entries are to be sent via email to dsimmons@topbilling.com
• Once the four finalist have been chosen, each couple will be asked to submit an electronic A3 mood board portraying snippets of their ideal wedding day. Please note that this mood board will serve as an inspirational easel of the couples dream wedding and can be interpreted by the relevant sponsors  involved and will be available for publishing should it be required by the headline sponsors.

PRIZE EXPERIENCE

• The prize experience will include and be limited to the following:  the prize experience is a concept design wedding that will take place at Rhebokskloof, the event will be designed around the services of the key suppliers and although it will be tailor-made to suit the couples individual tastes, it will be within a contemporary, classic, chic wedding theme, included is:

1. décor, floral design and structural items,
2. Lighting, sound, dance-floor, technical support
3. Tables, designer bar structure, silver plated cutlery, napkins, linen, furniture etc
4. Fine art wedding photography 
5. Stationary and design
6. Ceremony and pre-drinks
7. Music and DJ
8. Hair and Make-up styling for bridal party (bride, 4 bridesmaids and 2 mums)
9. A five-tier wedding cake from a top cake designer
10. Gifting
11. Bridal transport – 2 chauffeured luxury vehicles from placed of dressing
12. Pre-wedding night accommodation for the couple
13. Wedding night accommodation for the couple
14. A minister
15. The prize  includes  a custom made couture gown which may be kept by the bride,
16. Bridesmaids dresses and the grooms suit will be available for the day only 
17. The number of  guests is limited to 80

An additional surprise wedding gift will be organised by Top Billing Magazine and the winning couple will accept it without changes; slight adjustments will be at the discretion of the publishing company.

The competition includes everything that is outlined above, but does not include any flights, car hire or transport.
