Restaurant Mosaic
In our ongoing quest to find the restaurants at the top of every World Cup visitors’ list, this week we visit Restaurant Mosaic and the chef they voted the best in South Africa for 2009 – Chantel Dartnell. Situated in the beautiful Orient Boutique Hotel, Michael gets a taste of the botanical cuisine that has helped make Chantel’s menu such a success.

One luck viewer could win a five course meal for two from the tasting menu to the value of R1000! Just post you answer to our show related question on our Facebook site or emai your answer to topbilling.answers@gmail.com
QUESTION: WHAT DID CHEF CHANTEL DARTNELL SERVE MICHAEL TO FINISH OFF HIS MEAL?
