Carolina Herrera raise awareness for breast cancer in South Africa
Established as a globally recognized brand, Carolina Herrera has become the benchmark for timeless style.
The woman behind them is a Venezuelan-American fashion icon who has evolved into one of the industry’s most celebrated businesswomen, and she and her daughter Carolina Herrera de Baez were here in SA recently in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.
Carolina’s grandmother introduced her to fashion at a show in Paris when she was just thirteen and with four daughters of her own, her empire is being passed to another generation of remarkable women.
We had the pleasure to sit down at chat to these wonderful women about how they define their style, season to season, and how's they've maintained such grace amongst fleeting trends. Carolina’s advice? Do what is best for your look and personality, and when in doubt, keep it timeless.
As Miss Harrera has also landed herself on the best dressed list in the international hall of fame, we find out what she thinks characterises a modern 'best dressed' women.
