Christmas cake cheesecakes
Take the repetition out of tradition and serve the festive favourite Christmas Cake differently this year. Or you can turn leftovers into scene-stealers.
(Makes 6)
250g cream cheese 1 can of condensed milk 2t grated orange rind 4T orange juice 1T Grand Dissolve 2t gelatine 2T hot water Christmas Cake
Cut circles out of Christmas cake and place in the bottom of stainless steel rings (or moulds).
Beat the cream cheese with the condensed milk. Add the grated orange rind, orange juice and Grand Marnier. Dissolve 2t gelatine in hot water and add once cooled. Pour into the rings and refrigerate until set
