Cottage Cheese Meatloaf RECIPE BY NICOLE CRAUCAMP
A vegetarian version of meatloaf that has a similar taste and consistency to the original made with meat.
Ingredients 500g Low fat cottage cheese 4 large eggs 1 x packet brown onion soup 1 x onion 1 x cup Kellogs special K cereal (or similar) 1 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup olive oil
Method Preheat oven to 180 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl Grease a meatloaf tin Place combined ingredients in tin and bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer comes away clean.
