Fish and chips burger

(serves 4)
4 potatoes, grated 4 x 100g fish portions lemon juice, to taste tartare sauce, to serve
Season potato with salt and pepper. Form into 8 cakes, using a round cutter or your hands, and fry in a little oil until browned on both sides. Finish cooking the ‘patties’ in the oven at 180˚C for 5 minutes or until cooked. Season the fish and fry in a little oil until cooked (about 3 minutes per side). Drizzle with lemon and serve between 2 potato cakes with tartare sauce.
