This week Jonathan returns to the West African nation of Ghana, as we focus on the incredible football tradition of a country who have won The Africa Cup of Nations four times. We also profile a home-grown Ghanaian player who’s become a superstar of the world game - Mr. John Mensah.
Capped 91 times for his country, the young centre-half who left for Europe, played in Italy and Champions League football in France, is now back home training for a possible move to the East.
Known to his adversaries on the pitch as ‘The Rock of Gibraltar’ for letting no one past, they don’t come more solid on the pitch, or in their faith, than John.
Jonathan goes up against one of greatest defenders in football history, who we also found out is one of the nicest guys in the game.
