Janez travels to stunning Lake Kariba via Lusaka Zambia. There is no quick way to get to this marvel, but the incredible luxury houseboat that Janez calls home for two days is worth the three hour drive. The Southern Belle is the largest houseboat in Africa and styled on a graceful Mississippi steamer. It's the best way to experience the beauty of the lake. Janez gets taken fishing in one of the tender boats, but his skills in this department yields dismal and hysterical results. The next day he is determined to make up for his embarrassing performance and visits a lakeside village for a cultural experience. There he learns the importance of the lake in providing precious water, and tries his hand - or should that be head - in carrying 20 litres of water the way the local women do! After relaxing back on one of the open decks of the houseboat, Janez wraps up his stay with the most spectacular experience that the lake can offer ... the sunset.
