Oreo Rice Pudding

Oreo Rice Pudding
Ingredients: (Makes 6 individual servings) 1 liter and a half of milk 125 g of sugar 150 gr of rice 120 gr Oreo Cookie 1 cinnamon stick Method:
- Put the milk into a saucepan with the cinnamon stick onto a medium-high heat,
- Wash the rice in a sieve under running water. Drain well and if necessary we dry out on a paper towel until it is completely dry.
- When the milk begins to boil add the rice and wait ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the sugar and cook on medium heat for a further 15 minutes more.
- When the rice is almost done, add the crushed Oreo cookie mixture and continue stirring for about 5 minutes or until the rice is test ready.
- Turn off the heat and dish into ramekins or cocktail glasses. Let it cool to room temperature before serving.
- To decorate dot chunks of Oreo cookies or mini Oreo cookies over the pudding.
