Smoked Salmon spicy crisp vegetable wrap
Salmon Asparagus Spring onion Pear Apple Carrot Celery Fennel Peanuts
Dipping Sauce:
Soy Chilli Ginger Sesame seeds
Wrap all of the vegetables in the smoked salmon or trout and roll it in the crushed peanuts. Mix together the soy sauce, chilli and ginger to taste. Finally, garnish the wraps with the sesame seeds, dip the wrap in the dipping sauce and enjoy!
