Stawberries & Cream with Crushed Meringue RECIPE BY AZIZA KAZEE
Ingredients:
3\4 cup creme fraich 5 Tbsp whipped cream 2-3 Tbsp icing sugar 1 punnet strawberries-quartered 1 packet Woolworths meringues few sprigs mint
Method: Beat the sour cream, whipped cream& 2 Tbsp icing sugar lightly in a bowl until smooth. Layer in a serving bowl. Top with chopped strawberries and crush some meringues on top. Continue to layer. Garnish with mint & serve chilled.
