Sticky chicken
RECIPE BY INGRID
Ingredients:
700ml coke
1 packet brown onion soup
1 tin tomato paste (largest tin)
½ tin of apricot jam (medium tin)
Method:
Mix together
Pour over, 12 pieces of chicken
Cover and place in oven @ 180 degrees C for 1 ½ hours, uncover for further ½
Serve with rice and veg.
