Stuffed Fresh Figs
Fresh figs Goat's cheese Chopped mint Roasted pistacchio Pomegranate Honey Spicy lentil sprinkle
Halve the firm, fresh figs. Scoop out the inside with a melon baller and mix with goat's cheese, chopped mint, honey and the roasted pistacchios and spoon the mixture back into the fig halves. Top them with the bright pomegranate rubies and the spicy lentil sprinkle and serve.
