Top Billing attends Miss SA 2019
This year’s top sixteen reflect the diversity, character and spirit of the 1956 Women’s March on Pretoria, an event honoured on Women’s Day, the very date chosen for this year’s pageant.
The event was attended by South Africa’s biggest celebs, including previous queens like Tamaryn Green, Tatum Keshwar, Cindy Nell- Roberts, Rolene Strauss, and our own Basetsana Kumalo.
Bonang Matheba was back to MC and this year’s all female judging panel included former Miss SA and Miss Universe Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, current Miss Universe Catriona Gray, Connie Ferguson, Anele Mdoda and Thando Hopa.
While all of this year’s finalists certainly shone, there could only be one winner, and twenty-five-year-old PR student and a champion of educating our youth, Zozibini Tunzi, was crowned Miss SA 2019.
