Former Blue Bull player and Strictly Come Dancing contestant John Mametsa takes Jonathan for a boy's day out.

Johan Mametsa holds the title of the third highest all-time try scorer in a Blue Bull's jersey. He can also brag with a successful stint in Strictly Come Dancing after finishing in the top four. Jonathan joins John at the gym to see how he maintains his 'guns'. He then has a special and quite unexpected beauty treat for Jonathan before we head to his home to meet his gorgeous wife and kids.
