Top Billing catches up with Zulu Mkhathini

It's only going upwards for Zulu - a nominee for SA’s sexiest and best dressed man, besides an established and flourishing career in hip hop, he now also launched a new fashion label called “Zulovski”.



For the track “Shikisha” Zulu collaborated with Moonchild Sanelly. He encouraged women to celebrate themselves and forget judgements - an ethos he practices every day.



From his musical beginnings in hip hop, Zulu has gown towards a dance-orientated sound and the upcoming twelve-track album will reflect that, down to the transitions between songs.



Being a hit in one creative field just doesn’t cut it anymore. You’ve got to collaborate, merchandise, diversify and Mkhathini-ize!
