Whilst this land has been home to the all powerful Ashanti kingdom and means "Warrior King", Ghana has maintained her liberty first and foremost through her people's ideology.
Home to the famed Black Stars football team, who've won four African Cup of Nations titles, Ghana has earned the title of being one of our continent's friendliest nation according to Forbes magazine's tourism poll.
Jonathan visits this vibrant city and experiences the sights, sounds and tastes of the bustling local market life. He then goes on to explore the traditional fishing village and the more cosmopolitan city of Accra, before he gets hooked up with some fresh Ghanaian threads, with a gorgeous African twist.
