When we were invited to an exclusive winter foods preview with internationally famed chef, Liam Tomlin, no one expected the spiciest of twists.

We joined an all-star guest list of food editors and influencers who weren’t about to miss a gourmet evening with Chef of the Year award winner, Liam Tomlin. The talent behind restaurants like Chefs Warehouse, he’s the go-to man for redefining seasonal menus with global influences.

Chef Liam delivered on all the promise of the evening with a mid-Winter feast of modern cuisine – healthy, innovative, and sprinkled with international flavour.

Emerging from the kitchen to talk about the menu, he surprised everyone by revealing that he didn’t lift a finger to prepare the food that evening! Everything was from the new Global Menu from Woolworths, which meant everyone could have these meals in the comfort of their homes. Staying home this season is definitely every bit as good as eating out!
