One man who has created an army of fans, dish by scrumptious dish, is French African fusion chef Coco Reinharz. He's working hard at keeping this up though, as his young daughter Annayaah is fast catching up to her culinary father.
Chef Coco's love of cooking came from his mother, and now he's gone on to teach the next generation of chefs as the head judge on Clover’s Little Big Cook Off. This love for cooking also seems to be trickling down to his daughter, proving that this apple has fallen right next to the tree.
From his two restaurants in Joburg, this Burundian gastronome is leading a movement in embracing modern African cuisine with his signature touch.
This week though it's daughter vs dad as they're challenged to whip up their most delicious dessert, which Roxy was more than happy to judge.
