When producers cast the Whitney Houston stage show The Greatest Love of All the South African Belinda Davids was the perfect singer to hit those high notes
As producer John van Grinsven from Showtime Australia was looking for a star for his Whitney Houston tribute show, the P.E-born Belinda Davids shone out and was selected out of 15 000 women across the world. Since her teens, Belinda has been singing purely Whitney Houston songs so this production was a real dream come true for the singer. She's so like Whitney that Belinda is getting eight standing ovations through each show and the production is now booked to tour Australia, Europe, Asia and America after her South Africa tour ends in Cape Town on 19 April.
