In the cooler seasons there is simply nothing like winter food. Comforting, deeply layered flavors and intensely satisfying dishes is what our winter menu is all about.

While many of us have been loving the late summer, a highly qualified team has been applying their inside knowledge to how we can all enjoy fuss-free, easy entertaining this winter. Jonahtan meets Rebecca Constable (Food Product Developer, Woolworths) at In Awe Stays, a vintage Sir Herbert Baker designed guest house to get the best tips and creative touches for entertaining this winter.
