Choc mallow biscuits

The perfect party treat these chocolate covered biscuits with gooey marshmallow centers sandwiched between two shortbread biscuits!
1 x quantity basic biscuit dough
8 marshmallows, halved
250g dark chocolate, melted
colourful sprinkles, to decorate
Roll out the dough, cut out heart shapes and bake according to the basic recipe. Arrange the biscuits on a plate and place a marshmallow on each. Microwave briefly until puffed and quickly press the lolly stick into the marshmallow and sandwich another biscuit on top. Dip the biscuits in chocolate, decorate with sprinkles and allow to set.
