Fanie de Villiers' Chicken Curry

Ingredients:

250ml Cream
1 Packet Royco Chicken fruity curry sauce powder
1 Packet Royco Honey and mustard sauce powder
± 250ml Milk
6 - 8 Chicken pieces
200g Mushroom
1 Large Onion
 

Method:

Fry onions, chicken and mushrooms until brown.  Mix fruity curry sauce and honey and mustard with cream.  Stir into chicken pot.  Add milk to make the sauce "thinner".  Serve with rice
