Dark chocolate fudge jenga

395g can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup brown sugar
100g unsalted butter, cubed
200g dark chocolate, chopped
In a heavy-based saucepan, combine the condensed milk, sugar, butter and glucose. Cook over low heat, stirring, for 8 minutes until the mixture is smooth. Increase heat a little. Cook, stirring, for 10 minutes until thick and caramel-coloured. Remove from heat. Stir in the chocolate. Spoon into 30 x 20cm lined cake tin. Leave 15 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
